League of Legends

To start this blog I'd like to show you guys this great DotA-style game. If you like or ever liked DotA, you will probably like the game. It's a team based strategy game that revolves around two teams of 5 or 3 players each, who have to destroy the enemy team's "base".

It may seem pretty much mindless at the beginning, but as you start to learn the ways to defeat your enemies, this game starts to get really fun. It offers a wide variety of Champions (Playable Characters), each one with it's own set of abilities and stats, therefore, an infinity of strategies you may develop on your own; not to talk about the strategy that the "team part" brings to discussion.

 Riot, the company behind this game, is working hard to develop and bring new features and champions to the game. Every week or so a new champions is released. It's pretty fun to watch as the community helps the Riot team to develop champions through forums and such. And the best part is that it's free! All you can buy with money can be easily bought with in-game points.

Anyway, it's and awesome game overall, and it's free, you should at least check it out.

I'll give it a 9/10. It's not a 10/10 because the beauty of the game - the highly team dependant strategy -  may be really annoying sometimes. You'll understand this if you play.
